Mary Katz, PA-C

Mary Katz is a physician assistant who graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. During her PA-C training, she provided care to a wide variety of patient populations around the Bay Area, San Luis Obispo, and Palm Springs. Mary completed her undergraduate education at Michigan State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. After her undergraduate studies, she worked as a clinical dietitian for a few years before going back to school to follow her passion of being a PA-C. She was involved in various community outreach organizations focused on providing multifaceted pre and postnatal care for underserved populations. She grew up in Southeast Michigan and relocated to the Bay Area in her early 20’s in search of better weather. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dogs, traveling, and staying active through long distance running and obstacle races. As a primary care provider for most of her career as a PA-C, Mary is bringing her great bedside manner to the world of dermatology with the hope of building relationships with her patients while caring for their dermatologic concerns.
