Even though vast majority of our staff have received COVID vaccines, and exhaustive COVID measures will continue including prescreening, temperature checking upon arrival, sanitizing exam room after each office visit, please alert office if you experience Covid symptoms or have been on a recent commercial flight within the past 2 weeks. If so, please reschedule appointments for 2 weeks out or convert in-person visits to virtual telemedicine appointments.

We will do our best to respond via text, email, and phone. We also offer telemedicine appointments if needed. To ensure our patients and staff safety, the office implements pre-visit screening for staff, patients, and visitors upon arrival. We will ask for travel history, contact history and symptom history pre-screening as well as temperature check. We will be able to offer telemedicine appointments as well as options to reschedule the appointment to another day as necessary.

To best comply with social distancing and allowing sufficient space for patients and staff, we are only allowing patients with appointments to enter the office. We are asking guests to remain in the car and only patients themselves to enter the office with the exception of one companion is allowed for elderly patients or patients that need extra assistance. Only one parent/legal guardian is allowed to accompany minor patients to the appointment. Reminder of Mask Policy to all patients and visitors to wear a well fitted mask to the appointment. We strongly recommend wearing a medical mask or at least a two-layer cloth mask that wears around both ears and covers from nose down to chin to provide sufficient coverage. Bandanas, neck gaiters/buffs and masks with vents are not acceptable face coverings. For patients/visitors’ convenience, surgical masks will be available to purchase onsite. Purchase quantity limits to one per patient/visitor
