Please arrive 15 minutes earlier to allow sufficient time to complete the check-in process.

In an effort to accommodate all our patients in a timely manner, please be reminded of the following office policies:

Late Arrival Policy: If you are 15 minutes late for your cosmetic services appointment, you may be asked to either receive a shortened treatment or to reschedule your appointment to a different time. All appointments that are arriving 15 minutes or later will be asked to reschedule (late cancelation/no show policy applies).

Late cancelation/no show policy: We reserve the appointment schedules for patients that need the service. Should there be a no show or late cancellation for medical appointment, without 24-hour notice, an additional charge of $50 will be billed on your account; a $150 additional charge will be billed, should you miss a surgery or cosmetic procedure, without calling the office 24 hours in advance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. We are working to provide each of our patients with the most positive experience possible.

How to Prepare for Your Virtual Visit

To help your virtual visit go smoothly and respectfully, please keep the following in mind:

  • Find a private space: Choose a quiet, private location where you won’t be interrupted and can speak freely. Avoid being in public or in your car.
  • Prepare your technology: Ensure your device is charged, your internet connection is stable, and your camera and microphone are working. Test them before the appointment.
  • Minimize distractions: Turn off notifications on your phone and computer. Ask family members for quiet time during the visit.
  • Present professionally: Be dressed appropriately for a medical visit. Please avoid being shirtless, flossing, eating, getting personal services (like nails or hair), or joining from a public setting (e.g., a grocery store).
  • Be on time and ready: Join the call a few minutes early to work out any technical kinks. If you’re the parent of a minor, be present and ensure the child is also present for their appointment.
  • Communicate and be patient: Don’t hesitate to speak up if you cannot see or hear well. Be patient—technology issues or delays can happen, just as they do in an in-person visit.
