We accept PPOs, Medicare, Alta Bates Medical Group (division of Brown & Toland Medical Group), Affinity Medical Group, Bay Valley Medical Group HMO (Please bring your insurance card to clinic; HMO patients must have written preauthorization from PCP prior to visit)

We ship our entire portfolio of fine skin care products for existing patients.

Patients are seen by appointment only, we will work urgent/emergency patents into the schedule as quickly as possible As a courtesy, please call our office 925-328-0255 within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments.

As a courtsey, our clinic utilizes Televox house call reminder system to send out phone/email reminders two days prior to the appointment date. Please confirm the appointment when you receive the reminder call. If you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please follow the prompt to leave our staff a message so we can follow up your request in a timely fashion.

For New patients, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time, as it will be necessary to fill out patient information form, general office consent, and insurance paperwork (unless you are able to do so online and/or fill out printed forms) prior to your visit. Please call office for either a user name and password or a 'security code' to create user name and password to log in and enter demographic, insurance information and medical history. If you are able to enter your demographics and medical history online, you may skip the first page of the downloaded patient forms; if not, please complete the entire patient forms.
